Return Process

  Log into your Fragrantika account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
